There have not been any changes to the requirements document attachment. Cloud-based, web-scale Library Service Platform (LSP) for 13 Army University libraries, composed of an Integrated Library System (ILS), a web-scale Discovery Tool, an authentication layer, and an electronic resource management tool as well as 1 over-arching enterprise layer for ArmyU as outlined in the attached Requirements Description The Discovery Tool setup portion of conversion for all 14 locations must start by 1 September 2019. The 13 libraries to transition ILS as list in solicitation. Base Year Period of Performance (PoP) 1 Jul 2019 to 30 Jun 2020 with four option year for (LSP) Maintenance Subscription.
