Terms of Use
Effective: July 13, 2026
FedQuery (the “Service”) is operated by ChartRow LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Informational purposes only
The Service aggregates and presents public data published by U.S. Government systems (including SAM.gov and USAspending.gov). We work to keep the data current and accurate, but government source data contains errors, omissions, and delays, and our processing may introduce others. The Service is not the official record. Before bidding, pricing, teaming, or making any business decision, verify all information against the official government systems. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, or professional advice.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartRow LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including decisions made in reliance on data shown here. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt or overload the Service, misrepresent your affiliation with it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Automated access at reasonable rates is tolerated for personal/internal use; bulk redistribution of our compiled database requires written permission. The underlying government records remain public domain.
No government affiliation
FedQuery is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government, the General Services Administration, or any federal agency. “SAM.gov” and agency names are used solely to identify data sources.
Changes; governing law
We may update these terms and the Service at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact: [email protected].
