Action Required: Pricing: Ensure your pricing is separated in the attached Annexure C and completed on page 4 of the solicitation. The pricing spreadsheet includes DBA insurance. Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for instructions on obtaining your DBA insurance quote. SF1442 - Complete Blocks 14 – 22c.

Signatures: Sign and return both the SF1442 and the SF30 amendment.

Submission Requirements: As part of your quote submission, please include: At least two (2) references for previously completed similar work, for performance evaluation purposes. An estimated timeline for project completion.

Updated Due Date: The deadline to receive quotes has been extended to Close of Business (COB), July 13, 2026, as reflected in the solicitation amendment. Please submit your proposals only to the email addresses specified in the solicitation cover letter.
