Kneza Aleksandra Karadjordjevica 92, 11040 Belgrade, Serbia Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2026-1, effective March 13, 2026. The U.S. Embassy located in Belgrade, Serbia intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Utility Cargo Van. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. 19RB1026Q0516. All the terms and conditions, provisions, and clauses in the RFQ # 19RB1026Q0516 apply to this solicitation. All questions shall be submitted by 5:00PM, UTC+2 Belgrade time on August 20, 2026. The USG is not obligated to answer questions submitted after this time. All reasonable questions submitted by the date listed above will be answered on this web page. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with quoters. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. Quote packages are due by 5:00 PM, Belgrade time (UTC+2) August 28, 2026.
