Amendment 0005 - The amendment revises the due date of the solicitation. Amendment 0003 - The amendment provides the revised questions and answers to the solicitation. amd the applicable Wage Determinations. Amendment 0002 - The amendment provides the received questions and answers to the solicitation. Amendment 0001 - The amendment revises attached '2.1.1 RFP 70B03C26Q00000100 Solicitation and Provisions..' to v.1.9. All else remains the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70B03C26R00000100 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Southern Border Food Services in accordance with the requirements of the attached Statement of Work (Solicitation Attachment 1). CBP intends to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-Year Order Period. This acquisition IS set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
