The purpose of this amendment A002 is to provide guidance for the Site-Visit. An organized site-visit is scheduled for: 5/23/2019 at 2:00 p.m. EST in Building 301, Cafeteria. Only one site-visit will be conducted. The Government request that the company signature authority and the project manager attend this site-visit. Please send a list of attendee(s) with the following information: Name (as it appears on you ID): US Citizen: Yes or No Company Name: by 5/15/2019, 12:00 p.m. to Gina Lee at [email protected] so I may be able to request visitor access thru the front gate. Visitors shall be appropriately dressed to climb stairs. All other terms and conditions of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation remain unchanged.
