This bridge task order was issued under the contractor’s GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract No. 47QMCB24D0007. The order was awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Federal Supply Schedule Ordering Procedures at Subparts GSAR 538.7103-2(c) and 538.7104-3(a). The attached Sole Source Justification, formerly commonly referred to as a Limited Sources Justification, supports the agency’s determination to award to Cruise Ventures LLC. The contractor is the only one source reasonably capable of providing the products, services, or solutions due to urgency. See the attached Sole Source Justification for details.
