Request of Proposal for Case Processing Operations Center 2.0

Please find enclosed Amendment # 0003 to the Case Processing Operations Center (CPOC) 2.0 Request for Proposal (RFP) and its associated attachments. The purpose of this amendment is to update Q and As at attachment 15 (Round 1: 20, 21, and 22) and correct an administrative numbering error on questions (Round 2: 16-46; previously misnumbered). The Q and As at attachment 15 contain content that comes directly from the documents in the Reading Room. In order to prevent public disclosure of that content and subject to the NDA executed to access the Reading Room documents, the Q and As at attachment 15 can be accessed via the secured PIEE module.
