2024 & 2025 Estimates of WIC Eligibility and Program Reach

The USDA Food and Nutrition Administration (FNA) is seeking a contractor to produce national, regional, State, county, territory, and Congressional district-level estimates of WIC eligibility and program reach for calendar years 2024 and 2025. Required services include generating eligibility counts and rates, coverage and participation rates, a CY2024 brief national report, a full CY2024/2025 technical report, analytic data files, and interactive online graphics. All analyses must include complete supporting data, code, and documentation necessary to replicate the results. Work must be conducted in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is 18 months from date of award. Deliverables are detailed in the solicitation attachments. This procurement will be competed under full and open competition.
