Emergency Fire Hydrant Replacement and Pipe Replacement/Repair for the Navajo Region, Fire Management Office NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Millennium Contracting, Inc., for the Emergency Fire Hydrant Replacement and Pipe Replacement/Repair at the Navajo Region Fire Management Office for BIA, Navajo Region, Branch of Facility Management, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
