Page 3 of 3 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Roadway Toll Postpaid Accounts Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) is issuing this notice of intent to negotiate with a single source, State of Florida Department of Transportation, to provide postpaid roadway toll accounts for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) vehicle. The government is contemplating a 5-year indefinite delivery contract to satisfy this requirement. SCOPE The Orlando VAHCS requires an agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) SunPass Operations to make available toll roads & bridges via the use of a transponders for VA fleet vehicles conducting official business.
