Amendment 0002 — June 26, 2026 The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to answer questions received from Industry and to update documents as needed. Please see the amended attachments below. Amendment 0002 - Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Amendment 0002 - Attachment 0001 - PWS Amendment 0002 - Attachment 0004 - Provisions and Clauses Amendment 0002 - Attachment 0006 - Sample Respite Care Package Questions and Answers Document All other attachments remain unchanged. The proposal submission deadline of 01 July 2026 remains unchanged. The Government will not accept any further questions. Offerors are instructed to prepare and submit their final proposals based on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and its amended attachments. Please see the added Questions and Answers Document for answers based on the questions submitted. Please be sure to send proposals to all persons listed in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 June 15, 2026 The purpose of Amendment 0001 is update the questions due date in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitaion to June 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM CST. Please be sure to send all questions to all personnel listed on the solicitation. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is issing this Combined Synopsis and Solicitaion, W9124J26RRESP, for the requirement of contractor-provided Respite Care Services in support of the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP). The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, and oversight necessary to perform non-personal EFMP Respite Care Services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Core requirements include comprehensive program management, family intake and assessment, matching qualified care providers with families, and the direct delivery of safe, reliable, and compliant respite care services to eligible Exceptional Family Members (EFMs). Prospective offerors must possess the capability to manage sensitive care scenarios, ensure the continuous safety of EFMs, and maintain high-quality service delivery.
