The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), awarded a multiple award contract (MAC) firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to AEF-Performance LLC (Cage 66618) and SMR Acquisition LLC (0ACH0) for the acquisition of LCAC SSC Skirt Systems. This notice also contains the redacted Justification and Approval (J and A).This action was awarded on a limited sole source basis Pursuant to 10.U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
