NOTICE OF AWARD UNINTERUPTED POWER SUPPLY

Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center (FNMOC) has an urgent and compelling requirement for Pergravis LLC to provide all necessary OEM (Eaton)-branded equipment, machinery parts and labor to repair the FNMOC Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) system in accordance with the attached Pergravis/Eaton field activity reports and in accordance with Pergravis LLC's quote dated 9/26/25 and the Statement of Requirements (SOR). The NAVSUP Command was only made aware of this requirement on 26 September 2025. This Sole Source award was for an unusual and compelling urgency which included the officially approved J&A from both the Contracting Officer and NAVSUP FLC SD's legal counsel.
