Total Contract Price: $9,999,999.99 e. Total Evaluated Price (TEP) from Successful Offeror: $7,480,124.26 Evaluation of proposals was completed in accordance with Solicitation and RFO 12.203/RFO 15.103-2. The following factors were used to evaluate offers: Factor I - Technical Capability, Factor II – Past Performance and Factor III - Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance were determined to be of equal importance to price. Award was made to the contractor whose proposal conformed to the requirements of the solicitation, represented the best value to the Government in terms of the Best Value.
