PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide Simunition Training Gear for the VA Northern California Healthcare System, 10535 Hospital way., Mather, CA 95655. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 332992. THIS RFQ SHALL BE UNRESTRICTED ON THE OPEN MARKET. THIS SHALL BE A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT. Solicitation documents will be available on or about August 25, 2026.
