The Program has a requirement to obtain Pharmacy Benefits Management services to administer and manage the pharmacy benefits provided to eligible members. The Pharmacy Benefits Manager shall operationalize the Program’s limited pharmacy benefit by coordinating covered pharmacy services and supporting appropriate medication access based on each member’s certified condition(s) and membership category.
