All question/inquiries shall be submitted through the ProjNet System at https://projnet.org, using Inquiry Bidder Key 2VJVUA-SPSDBA. Any issues accessing the ProjNet System or the ability to submit an inquiry shall be submitted to Melissa Lynn at [email protected].
