NAICS Code: 238210 Description of Requirements: This solicitation is for the installation of a 125kW Cummins Generator and associated equipment. The objective is the procurement, delivery, installation, integration, and testing of one (1) 125kW Diesel Backup Generator, one (1) 1200Amp Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), and associated copper conductors to support emergency power requirements for Building 70 (BLDG 70) at the Mississippi Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Gulfport, Mississippi. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and supervision. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
