SCOPE Vendor shall provide maneuvering assistance via tugboat in USCGC Reliance’s departure from NAS PENSACOLA heading outbound for sea. BACKGROUND USCGC Reliance will be arriving Thursday, 10SEP2026 to NAS Pensacola Pier Charlie – Middle approximately 1100. RELIANCE will need tug and pilot service for the evolution. REFERENCES N/A REQUIREMENTS Vendor shall provide services to assist USCGC Reliance via tugboat to moor from Pier Charlie - Middle at NAS Pensacola, FL 9/10/2026 at 1300.
