This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide forty (40) reserved parking spaces within a .2 mile radius of George C. Young Federal Building and Courthouse located at 400 W. Washington St, Orlando, FL 32801. The parking facility shall possess the following minimum features: - Spaces shall be located within a strict .2 mile radius of the address above. - Spaces shall be accessible at a minimum, from 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, (regardless of special events, etc.) - Spaces shall be secured by roving patrols, at a minimum.
