Whiteman AFB Hangar Audio Visual Component Replacement

Amendment 1 - Include Questions and Answers Attachment 6 This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice (FA462526Q1085). The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB is posting this solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ), for contract award for the supply and replacement of the audio / visual system in Hangar 52 of Whiteman AFB in accordance with the attached performance work statement (Attach 1).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The awardee will be responsible for removing and decommissioning the currently installed audio visual system, supplying/installing a new audio / visual system.

DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall deliver and install NLT than 26 July 2026. Delivery and installation will be at Whiteman AFB, MO 65305.

RESPONSES: Quotes are due to both the Contracting Officer: Molly Nussbaum, at [email protected] and the Contract Specialist: Najee Holland, at [email protected] NLT 11:00 PM CDT, Monday, 13 July 2026. Quotes received after that time may not be answered. Quotes must be limited to 3 pages. Vendors must include one past performance. To ensure all responses are received, responses must include the RFQ Number (FA462526Q1085) and title Whiteman AFB Hangar Audio Visual Component Replacement in the subject line of the email submission and are to be sent via email to both the Contracting Officer: Molly Nussbaum, at [email protected] and the Contract Specialist: Najee Holland, at [email protected] NLT 11:00 PM CDT, Monday, 13 July 2026.
