This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), initiated under Executive Order 14275: Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement. All repairs shall be performed by the OEM or an OEM authorized repair facility. Concerns that OEM authorized have the expertise and required capabilities to repair/service this item are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. In compliance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), a redacted copy of the justification and approval for other than full and open competition is attached to this solicitation.
