Commercial Front-Mount Mower w/Cab and Attachments

The purpose of this Amend 1 to this solicitation is to both clarify the requirements for the “basic operator familiarization training” and the “planned maintenance plan” (updates/changes to the SOW highlighted in yellow), and to extend the closing of the solicitation. The Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG) has a requirement to purchase a brand-new Commercial Front-Mount Mower w/Cab and Attachments for Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN. This is a “Brand Name or Equal” acquisition. The baseline reference model is the John Deere 1585 TerrainCut Front Mower. If an "equal" product is offered, it must meet or exceed the salient characteristics and minimum requirements specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery shall be FOB Destination.

SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. An active SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) Class Waiver is in effect for NAICS 333112.
