NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Pine Ridge School, intends to enter into a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 12.102, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Select Vendor: Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation (UEI: NQVDAKZT5DG3) 107 W Main Street Pine Ridge, SD 57770 Period of Performance: 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027

Estimate Grand Total: $46,800.00 This is for solid waste service at Pine Ridge School in Pine Ridge, SD. The contractor will provide all dumpsters and provide solid waste removal service once to three times per week depending on the dumpster. Pursuant tribal ordinance 20-08, section 10, the Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation provides all solid waste services within the reservation boundaries. As a result, BIE is required to contract with the tribe for solid waste services. Technical questions will not be answered for this requirement being this is not a request for quote nor proposal and the government is not accepting quotes nor proposals in response to this notice. Any contractor information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary and shall be at no cost to the government.
