Funds are not presently available. The Government obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial items prepared in accordance with R-FAR 12.102-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333112 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is Size Standard. The Requesting Unit within the South Dakota Air National Guard has a requirement for Mower/Snow Blowers. See attached RFQ and Quote Sheet for additional information. Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Attachment 2-Questions and Answers, extend the due date to 10 September 2026, and to update Evaluation of Offerors to incorporate: The Government reserves the right to award all, some, or none of the items requested in this solicitation.
