Project QUUG 25-1025 Rpr Facilities Facades, Moron Air Base, Spain. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 U.S. Dollars. This is furnished for the convenience of prospective contractors. The actual extent of work requirements will be governed by the specifications and drawings. Companies must meet the requirements established by Spanish legislation for execution of Government works. In addition, in accordance with the Agreement of Defense Cooperation between the U.S.A. and the Kingdom of Spain, Annex 6, Article 1 (3) “The contractors must meet the requirements established by Spanish legislation for execution of government works. A breach of contract on the part of a contractor shall have the same consequences for the contractor for purposes of future contracting with the Spanish government as would occur with a breach of a contract with the Spanish public administration.” and (5) " Spanish material, labor, and equipment shall be used whenever feasible and consistent with the requirements".
