Light Interference Filter (LIF)-support the Enhanced Night Vision Goggles (ENVG PSQ-20B)

This is a pre-solicitation notice of a proposed contract action in accordance with FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. DLA Weapons Support at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about October 2026, for a (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract, with a proposed maximum contract value of $988,293.65. The proposed action is for the acquisition Light Interference Filter (LIF) to support the ENVG PSQ-20B. The Government possesses a limited technical data package (TDP) for the part. The TDP is available for conditional release per distropution statement. The TDP includes conceptual information. This is not for a developmental effort. Alternate designs must be approved by Product Manager- Soldier Maneuver Sensors (PM-SMS). This is not a solicitation. This is only an estimate and will not bind the contractor or the Government in any way or at any time into a contract with any of the specified terms below. The TDP is subject to the Internal Traffic in Arms Regulations.
