Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 142082-26-0235 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), to Keysight diagnostic test equipment used to support the operational radar readiness, maintenance and repair associated with the WSR-88D NEXRAD radar, for the National Weather Service (NWS), Radar Operation Center (ROC). VENDORS MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED KEYSIGHT RESELLER. Please review all attachments in their entirety and respond via email per the RFQ package and instructions (including electronic pricing format). Responses are due NLT 9/8/2026, 11AM EST. Questions are due by 9/4/2026 AT 11AM EST.
