Amendment 0001 is being issued to update the delivery schedule to align with the current lead times provided by the manufacturer. Attachment 1 – Requirements Document has been updated to reflect this update. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Class Deviation (Number 25-21). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 2126406B4200RA007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the United States Coast Guard (USCG)’s requirement for quantity six (6) units of brand name Absolyte Battery Kit (12 Cell), NSN: 6140-01-627-6177, part number 100G17, and ancillary shipping to TFSI (ATTN: MITCH MELLOTT), 2000 W. INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT UNIT B1, ANCHORAGE, AK 99502. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. The attached document “2126406B4200RA007 – Request for Quotation - Amendment 0001” contains the required product information, instruction to offerors and the evaluation criteria. This is a brand-name requirement. No substitutes will be accepted.
