Provide all labor, equipment, and materials for maintenance dredging, pre/post-hydrographic surveys, and material disposal per the 100% design specs (NAICS 237990) across four Tyndall AFB locations: 53 WEG Large Boat Piers (XLWU272001); 325 FSS Bonita Bay Recreation Docks (XLWU272002); 325 FSS Beacon Beach Floating Docks (XLWU218128); and Crooked Island Sound Channel (XLWU281001). The Government is securing environmental permits, to be provided prior to start of work.1.

RFIs: Submit all questions in writing via email to the Contract Specialist no later than Monday, September 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CDT.2.

RESPONSES: The Government will post answers via a solicitation amendment on SAM.gov/PIEE no later than Monday, September 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CDT.3.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Submit proposals electronically in accordance with the solicitation instructions no later than Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CDT.
