THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This requirement is to provide renewal of CyberFEDS on the Web subscription services. CyberFEDS on the web is the only comprehensive and timely web-accessible resource for federal employment law, Human Resources (HR), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Labor Relations professionals. It is the sole source for all resources on a single site. LRP Publications, Inc. is the sole source provider of CyberFEDS on the Web subscription services. Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 519290 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
