The United States Government (USG), through its Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), has a need for real estate services for a variety of projects in every country throughout the world where DOS has a presence (over 290 U.S. diplomatic posts worldwide). The DOS’ real estate portfolio includes land (improved and unimproved), office buildings, office space, warehouses, recreation areas/centers, representational facilities, residential properties (single, multi-family and apartment buildings), motor vehicle facilities, support facilities, and mixed-use properties that support its diplomatic missions overseas.
