Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's mission to provide American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) Level 3.1 clinically managed low?intensity residential treatment for 90?day treatment episodes. The scope of work for this acquisition is for the Contractor to provide qualified, District of Columbia, Department of Behavioral Health (DBH)?certified Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment Contractor to provide male offenders American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) Level 3.1 clinically managed low?intensity residential treatment for 90?day treatment episodes consistent with ASAM Criteria (4th Edition) and District of Columbia regulations. The Contractor will perform the work under the forthcoming solicitation at contractor's facilities located within the metropolitan Washington D.C area only. No Set aside used. The RFP will be advertised as under NAICS code 623220. Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities. The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods). A formal solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around July 20, 2026.
