R499--Request for Information DGIB RFI Q&A DGIB

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this amendment to the Request for Information (RFI) for Digital GI Bill Automation and Modernization (36C10D26Q0163) to provide Government responses to questions received during the RFI open period. VA has compiled and released the questions for which responses have been finalized. This RFI remains for market research purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation, does not commit VA to issue a solicitation, and does not commit the Government to any acquisition approach, contract structure, or timeline. Any future solicitation, if issued, will be announced separately. VA appreciates the participation and input received from industry and welcomes continued feedback in support of this market research effort.
