The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit. The site visit will be held on August 26, 2026, at 09:30 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the US Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact kwangwh@state,gov by August 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details.
