The Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Europe, Africa, Central is seeking potential firms capable of performing under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. This will be a competitive services contract to provide non-tactical vehicle lease(s) in Vaernes, Norway; Setermoen, Norway; Helsinki, Finland and Braila, Romania.
