Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to RHK TECHNOLOGY, INC. (CAGE OMVMl, 1409 Allen DR STE FTroy, MI 48083-4003). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

(1) Lumin-SLT High Efficiency Light Injection/Collection System, (2) On-Site Installation and Training (Domestic), and (3) Shipping and Insurance.This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
