Sole Source Justification Posting for Administrative Support Service

This bridge task order was issued under the contractor’s GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract No. 47QTCA19D002S. The order was awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Federal Supply Schedule Ordering Procedures at Subparts GSAR 538.7103-2(c) and 538.7104-3(a). The attached Sole Source Justification, formerly commonly referred to as a Limited Sources Justification, supports the agency’s determination to award to Akytech Consulting LLC.
