Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking quotes for the rental and servicing of (4) Chemical Toilets in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for PNSY in Kittery, ME. This is a solicitation for quotes and a formal purchase order will follow for the selected awardee. A vendor submission does not consistute a contract.
