ExOne Sand Printer Service

The purpose of this service contract is to have a qualified contractor perform remedial repairs, phone support, and annual preventative maintenance to our ExOne Sand Printers, RIA#35233 and RIA#35580, located at Rock Island Arsenal – Joint Manufacturing & Technology Center (RIA-JMTC), Rock Island, IL 61299. All work performed under this contract shall be accomplished by a qualified technician, repairman or field service engineer, and all supplied parts per the Diamond Service Package will be OEM. This market reseach is to be used for planning purposes and should not be considered as a request for quote or an obilgation on the part of the US Government. The US Government does not intend to award a purchase on the basis of this market research, or otherwise pay for information solicited. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement.
