Concrete Jersey Passive Barriers

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to; A) Update the NAICS from 423390 to 238120. B) Update the small business size standard from 100 Employees to $19M. C) Insert Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. D) Update Section L Instruction to Offerors with the following, "Funds are presently not available for this requirement. No award shall be made without funds available. The Contracting Officer retains the right cancel the solicitation in the event funds are not readily available." All other terms and conditions remain the same. Below are the documents are a list of documents found in the attachments section to reflect the changes.
