2. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this project is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00.

3. Period of Performance: all work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions asked by industry and extend the closing date, the time of closing remains unchanged.
