The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island Arsenal is issuing this Sources Sought for Market Research purposes for installation fuel delivery services on the Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) in Rock Island, Illinois. This is for Market Research purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings at this time.
