Description

The Government seeks a contractor to provide qualified personnel for legal services, including legal representation to certain unrepresented, detained individuals found by an Immigration Judge or by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to be incompetent to represent themselves in immigration proceedings. Also within the scope are interpretation services to ensure that the services rendered are available in the language of the NQRP respondent, and third-party services which provide the option for the qualified representatives to retain or procure experts or other third party services. Amendment 0001: The due date for receipt of proposals is hereby extended from July 13, 2026, at 10:00am Eastern Time to July 27, 2026, 10:00am Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Amendment 0002: The due date for receipt of proposals is hereby extended from July 27, 2026, at 10:00am Eastern Time to August 10, 2026, 10:00am Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Amendment 0003: The due date for receipt of proposals is hereby extended from August 10, 2026, at 10:00am Eastern Time to August 31, 2026, 10:00am Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
