Amendment 0001 – The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date from September 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET to September 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Quotes are due September 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET to Luci Cason at [email protected] This requirement is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Quotes will be considered only from eligible ISBEEs under the applicable NAICS code. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. The Indian Health Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) Monitoring, Analytics, Reporting and Automation Enhancement.
