Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8R26Q0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Brand Name Only Trimble Robotic Total Station, 200 RHS. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Small Business Size Standard: 600 employees Class J&A: A Class Justification and Approval (J&A) is on file supporting this Brand Name Only restriction. The 179th CW/MSC intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the items listed below: CLIN Description Qty Unit of Issue 0001 Robotic Total Station with Tablet P/N: ROBOTIC-UTS-ROVER 1

EA Delivery: FOB Destination to 2401 N. Airport Road, Mansfield, OH 44903 Addendum 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. To be considered for award, the offeror shall submit a single, all-inclusive electronic quotation package. Quotations are due electronically to [email protected] no later than 17 July, 10:00 A.M. A complete quotation package must include the following: Company Information: Company Name, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, and active UEI/CAGE Code.

Pricing: Firm-fixed pricing for CLIN 0001, including any applicable shipping costs.

OEM Authorization: Verifiable, written documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Trimble, proving the offeror is an officially authorized distributor/reseller. --- End of FAR 52.212-1 Addendum --- BASIS OF AWARD- EVALUATION The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following simplified factors will be used to evaluate quotations in accordance with RFO FAR commercial procedures: Technical Capability: The capability of the proposed items to meet the Government's requirement, including the mandatory OEM authorization proving authorized reseller status.

Price: The proposed price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.

Past Performance: In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7024 and DoD mandate, the Government will evaluate the offeror's past performance by retrieving data from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) (https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil/) and may consider other sources of information to assess the risk of unsuccessful performance. List of Attachments: Attachment 1: Clauses and Provisions Attachment 2: Redacted Class Justification and Approval (Brand Name Only) NG Agency Protest Program is intended to encourage interested parties to seek resolution of their concerns with the National Guard (NG) as an Alternative Dispute Resolution forum, rather than filing a protest with the Government Accountability Office (GAO) or other external forum. Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest to the same extent, and within the same time periods as if filed at the GAO. The NG protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing. An agency protest may be filed with either the Contracting Officer or the NG Agency’s Protest Decision Authority, but not both, in accordance with NG protest procedures. To be timely, the protests must be filed with the periods specified in FAR 33.103.
