Yellow Ribbon Event September 2026

Ammendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is the following:

(a) Incorporate CLIN0003 for Lodging of 110 Rooms the night of 26 Sep 2026 (b) Adjust the quantity on CLIN0002 from 107 to 110 and date 25 Sep 2026 to the CLIN description (c) Incorporate date 24 Sep 2026 to CLIN0001 (d) Incorporate date 25 Sep 2026 to CLIN0004 (e) Incorporrate date 25 Sep 2026 to CLIN0005 (f) Incorporate date 26 Sep 2026 to CLIN0006 and quantity changed from 214 to 217 (g) Incorporate date 27 Sep 2026 to CLIN0007 and quantity changed from 214 to 217 (h) Incorporate dates 26-27 Sep 2026 to CLIN0008 and language despcription on quantity from 214 to 217.

(i) Incorporate dates 26-27 Sep 2026 to CLIN0009 (j) Incorporate dates 24-27 Sep 2026 to CLIN0010 (k) Incorporate dates 25-27 Sep 2026 to CLIN0011 (l) Change the response due date from 20 Aug 2026 at 1000 am AST to 25 Aug 2026 at 1000am AST.

(m) PWS was altered to reflect the same quantities as in the solicitation All other remains The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, lodging, insurance coverage, meals, conference rooms, audiovisual support, administrative support, and all other services necessary to successfully execute the event functions outlined in this Performance Work Statement. Support shall accommodate up to 220 Service Members and Family attendees for daily event programming and up to 110 lodging guests.
