This is a Market Research / Request for Information (RFI) inquiry only under FAR Part 10; it is not a formal solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ), or commitment by the Government. Requirement Overview: The 182d Airlift Wing (Peoria, IL) is conducting market research to identify qualified sources and obtain Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) / budgetary pricing for fall protection system services (Base Year + 4 Option Years).

Required Services: • Annual Physical Inspection & Recertification: Inspect and test all listed systems per ANSI/OSHA standards. • Annual Cable Pull Testing & Training: Conduct proof testing in B632/B734 and provide annual user training. • 5-Year Engineering Design Review (EDR): Professional Engineer (PE) stamped drawings, recalculation, and recertification report in Year 5.
