GPO G-Street Sidewalk Repair

The G Street Sidewalk and Vault Ceiling Repair Project encompass the structural repair and restoration of the sidewalk and the underlying vault ceiling. This project aims to enhance pedestrian safety and improve the structural integrity of the vault ceiling system. The successful offeror will provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to meet this requirement. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal is the lowest evaluated price, provided that it meets or exceeds the technical acceptability standards – Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
